I would say a servered finger tip because severe bruise would only be the the cause of something hitting.A wound would be something sharp.A bad scrape would be like grinding, for example road rash/falling and sliding.If the finger was caught it would be a chance the finish was severed depending how fast it went and how hard it got caugh
