For me, these are good sources of protein, vitamins and omega-3 fatty acids. Protein is essential in order for the body to build and repair tissues. They also help regulate the body's cells, tissues and organs. On the other hand, "omega-3 Fatty acids" prevent high blood pressure, thus improving my mood. I often eat salmon in order to ensure that I will have a lesser chance to have a cardiovascular disease.
