Describe what you would need to do in order to gain healthy weight?

In my opinion, there are many things to do.

low calorie foods (1000-1500 calories a day)no fried foodseat high protein breakfast everyday eat a regular healthy and fresh luncheat dinner, but less than you always dodo not sleep on a full stomachtry to eat low carb vegetableseat a healthy amount of fatty foods but not too muchavoid sugary drinks, and drink natural fruit juice insteaddrink water, at least 30 minutes before eating a mealchoose weight loss friendly foodseat soluble fiberdrink coffee or tea (not too much though)eat mostly unprocessed foodseat your food slowlydon't drink water right after meals, wait at least 30 minutesexercise (30-60 minutes a day)lift weights 3 times a weekeat smaller portionsget a good nights sleep, everynight. ***weight yourself to see if there is a difference or not
