Systolic heart failure

Explanation:

Heart failure, chronic or acute, occurs when the heart is damaged or weakened due to various causes.

The damage may be in the form of weakening of heart muscles, heart stiffness, or dilation of ventricles. Any of this damage directly affects the pumping of blood by the heart.

This decreases the ejection fraction of the heart to less than 50% indicating that blood is not pumped with the normal force.

Systolic heart failure arises due to failure of vigorous contraction by the left ventricle which impairs the pumping of blood.  

The common symptoms of systolic heart failure include dyspnea, fatigue, edema of ankles and legs, irregular heartbeat, fluid retention etc
