There are many myths about healthy habits that could seem true. Some of the myths include: "An apple a day keeps the doctor away," or  "Do this exercise for ten minutes everyday to get a six pack!" These myths both have parts of them that are true, but they do not show the whole picture.  In order to keep a healthy, nutritional lifestyle, you need to eat healthy foods like protien, fruits, and vegtales, AND exercise every day.
