3-Cancer (non communicable) Blood in the urine. Hoarseness.Persistent lumps or swollen glands. Obvious change in a wart or a mole. Indigestion or difficulty swallowing. Unusual bleeding or discharge. Unexpected weight loss, night sweats, or fever.  Continued itching in the or area.

4- Diabetes (non communicable) Urinating often. Feeling very thirsty. Feeling very hungry—even though you are eating. Extreme fatigue. Blurry vision. Cuts/bruises that are slow to heal. Weight loss—even though you are eating more (type 1) Tingling, pain, or numbness in the hands/feet (type 2)

5- Ebola (communicable) Fever. Aches and pains, such as severe headache, muscle and joint pain, and abdominal (stomach) pain. Weakness and fatigue. Gastrointestinal symptoms including diarrhea and vomiting. Abdominal (stomach) pain.

6- Flu (communicable) fever* or feeling feverish/chills. cough. sore throat. runny or stuffy nose. muscle or body aches. headaches. fatigue (tiredness) some people may have vomiting and diarrhea, though this is more common in children than adults.
