How can a person maintain a healthy body image? what forces work to make people feel bad about their body images

Aperson can maintain a healthy body image by, eating a healthy diet, sticking to it, working out at least 30 minutes a day. the forces that make people feel bad about their image is if peer pressure is so hard on them, and also family 

They might be white heads, basically pimples but you should ask your parents to check them out before it’s something bad.
