How do you get rid of and heal these bumps on the inner thighs? is this normal? is it common? what’s the treatment? these are under the skin bumps

It looks like either acne, ingrown hairs, or maybe even chaffing. my best guess would be ingrown hairs or razor burn (from shaving your legs) and the treatment would be, exfoliating before and after you shave and using a sharp (not dull) razor. these bumps are totally normal and just means your skin is just sensitive. if it’s not that than it’s probably just acne
