1. Unspecialized cells are the undifferentiated cells that are not bound to perform particular function. Cellular differentiation is the procedure by which cells become specialized or specific to perform a particular function. Cells specialize to form specific tissue and organs because the DNA or genes are similar for the whole cells. Differentiation happens many number of times during the growth of a living organism. Cells develop to tissue to form complex function through differentiation. Therefore, differentiation is an important process to form tissues and organs.

2. In the area of tissue and organ bio engineering, scientist have been able to create simple tissues like cartilage. However, they are yet to accomplish in creating complex organs such as heart and lungs. There are many complications while creating heart, lungs and kidney because they have complex structure, different types of cells and also varied functions. However, creation of windpipe is an achievement as many infections can be cured. Thus, tissue engineering is an emerging branch of science which also needs advanced technology and huge investment.

3. These medical advancements have made treatments easy. It has also treated the patients who have met with an accident and had severe problems with almost no hindrance. This method will also ensure that the patient don’t wait for the organ donors which also sometime gets rejected if doesn’t match with the patient rather get their treatment immediately done. The stem cells thus can be transformed into specialized cells and used to create organs for the treatment and have a life saving future.
