The last question is the most logical for many reasons. None of the other statements make sense. The first option is smoking still even though the substance is changed and the question is about how to best refuse smoking. The second option would most likely cause conflict. The third statement is nonsensical because then involving himself in a situation where the activity being he’s trying to avoid is directly present.
