If we see any athlete for example the famous Cristiano Ronaldo we can easily notice how hard he has worked and still working with his diet and in his gym just to stay healthy and have a physique which can make him the best.

Even using common sense we can see a person who is not healthy and is not in an optimum condition might not be able to play their support.
