Why is it an advantage that you do not have control over all of your muscle?

It is an advantage that we do not have control over all of our muscle as a

result of periods of inactivity(sleep).

If we could control all our muscles then life span will be low as a result of us

forgetting or failing to control a certain muscle needed for survival.

The heart muscles function throughout our lifetime and is needed to pump

blood throughout the body all the time.When we sleep off and aren't able to

control them, it will lead to death.

Our body has several types of muscles.
