Which action identifies a healthy short-term goal for dealing with stress?

Do you have a list of these actions? Or do I just list actions I believe are healthy short term goals?—- in my personal opinion I believe drinking more water, taking care of personal hygiene, cleaning up after oneself, writing down lists of things you need to do before doing it, keeping track of appointments, keeping organized, taking occasional breaks here and there etc. are all healthy “short term” goals for dealing with stress.
