How to get someone to talk to you

generaly people like to talk to people who listen well and are understanding. It is best to approach a new person by polietly introducing yourself and then procede onto trying to find common intrest that you can further talk about.

The way I get people to talk to me I always start the conversation and it always works so why won’t you try starting the conversation.
