Obesity often occurs when people gain more calories than burning from daily exercises. This symptom can cause serious problems to your health, and the only way to fix it is to change your diet and do daily exercises.

i don't think so because different teachers have different materials. tehy teach differently, unless you know for sure your teacher is the exact same as others. i would just contact ur teacher
