Ok so pretend you are doing the fitness test and plz answer these questions 50 !   compare  your  scores  to  the  national  scores  and  write  a  4‐5  sentence paragraph  talking  about  how  you  felt  while  performing  the  test  and  how  you  felt  when  you  finished  the test.  make  sure  that  you  use  proper  grammar  and  spell  check  before  turning  in  your  assignment. 

I found it difficult trying to keep a steady pace and not going so fast and making my self out of breathe but other than that I had no problem on the running. I found the sit-ups really easy and no problem at all. The push-ups were kinda challenging on the coming back up part but they weren't all to hard. When I finished I felt so much better and was able to finally take a break and catch my breathe.
