You own a well-known restaurant. you are concerned that you employees are not taking the proper steps to keep customers safe from food borne illnesses. you decide to create a checklist for you employees to complete every day. create a checklist 6-8 steps for the employees to follow.

Step one wash hands before cooking or touching food

Step two only use food that is IN date

Step three take out the trash so that it isn’t spilling everywhere

Step four close the fridge door after you have got out the ingredients

Step five DON’T touch the food if you have any open cuts

Step step six don’t leave your hair falling freely above the food so that no germs in your hair get on the food

Nothing will delay it, but drinking some lemon (squeeze 3) would cut it, making it last a few days, but its not good to do that. won't hurt you but the next month will be more cramps.. take some advils with you on the trip
