What is three reasons buying a home is considered good debt

1. Very few Americans can afford to plunk down $189,000 without getting a loan.

2.  Running up your credit card to buy fancy dinners, you spend more time in your home than anywhere else.

3. Historically, home prices go up, making it the most profitable investment for average Americans.

i think it's the first one because doctors aren't the ones who get rid of the old needles. most of them time it's not even doctors who give you shots, it's nurses.
