Anyone have their manual daily calorie log for hope? if so can you share the chart?

The chart describes the consumption of calories taken each day.

Starting from the daily meal during the day along with calculation of calories, the type and time given over the physical activities, and total calories value added in the day time. All these are mention in the attached chart.  

well when looking at this if you think about it   negativley and positivley   react with each other and when the first layer gets full they add layers it starts with 2 on the first layer and it constantly goes on until the official number is there
