The right answer will recieve a brainlest and ! if someone has diabetes ill add some question s to who has diabetes and answer them. pretend that you have to do this 5 excerisez -yoga -tai chi -walking -dancing -swimming and then answer these questions do you normally excersize? how did you find my workout plan, give some details? would you make any adjustments and if so, what would you adjust? how did the excersize make you feel? would you be interested in continuing the exsersizes?

2. The workout plan was pretty fun and incorporated excersize without boring me to death. Yoga is very relaxing and I love swimming. I didn’t know how much time I was supposed to spend on each excersise so I did about 15 minutes of each.
3. If I were to make any adjustments I would incorporate a little bit of running and some time to cool down.
4. The excersises made me feel very tired but I feel really good.
5. I would be very interesting in the continuation of these excersises

Ok again yes i work out everyday i found ur work out plan entertaining and will help me with my strength and how to live no i will not make any adjustments because i can be stronger and to defend myself when i get older the exercise made me feel more confident because that mean i can go out and do more things yes i would be interested to continuing to do ur exercise because i will get stronger and learn how to live they learn is that i its good for ur kidneys and yes u would recommend this to ur friend with diabetes because this will help ur friend get better health.
