What kind of stance does dmytro pavlychko promote in regards to ukrainian independence from russia ? why?

Dymtro Pavlychko is a Ukrainian poet and an important political figure who was instrumental in the People's movement of Ukraine which lead to the Independence of Ukraine from the USSR.
