What has been the most worrying environmental consequence that has occurred as a result of the dam

The Dam even though has a lot of advantages, has disadvantages as well, most noticeably it causes a lot of landslides, flooding's, changes whole ecosystems and endangers the lives of the millions of people living on the banks of the Yangtze River and every year there's a lot of casualties unfortunately.
