Impact of the Maunder Minimum on global climate.Maunder Minimum is commonly known as the prolonged sunspot minimum. It is the cold period that caused the temperature to fall below than average in the winter season especially in the European reasons. In this period the temperature of Iceland decreased by half. Many rivers and water lands were severely frozen. It is believed that the Maunder Minimum is linked with the global climate in many ways but the impact of it of global climate is not certain and absurd.
