In my opinion is that women are the answer

Well, the answer is women. Women face a lot of discrimination, not only in the work place but in the community at large. Women work a lot to provide for themselves and their family but still earn the lowest. After all their work, a lot of them are not appreciated, and are paid less. A lot of people also see a lot of jobs as meant for men alone. Hope i helped.
