Water is the most essential thing to us, as almost all biotic creatures use water. Water, for one, helps us stay cool. It can sometimes act as an inside cooler. It also helps with digestion, creation of saliva, transportation of nutrients, and maintenance of body temperature. Water also keeps clear, youthful looking skin. However, not drinking water can cause dehydration and adverse symtoms including fatigue, headachs, weakened immunit, dry skin, and sometimes hallucinations due to instability.
