How did the egyptians use technology to “tame” the nile river?

They created under-water pipes to collect water from floods, and to lead up to crops 

They used levees and canals to "tame" and "control" the river.

It is useful for historians to write narratives so that history can be passed on from their point of view.  think about a story being told in third person, then think about it again being told in first person, by someone who actually experienced the event.

Unique question.well, using science, you cannot create or destroy even if you do eat yourself so you would not grow twice as big, nor would you disappear. you would stay the same but change states potentially, or at least change your appearance (obviously).hope this . keep up these unique questions.
