What are two things that made the spread of Christianity relatively easy during the Roman Empire?

It was relatively easy to move around the Roman Empire. During this time, the Romans built excellent roads which allowed and made travel easier.There were two common languages in the Roman Empire - Latin and Greek. This made the spread of ideas more efficient.
