Hello there! There are many different leaders but here are the first two; Mikhail Kalinin and Nikolay Mikhailovich Shvernik. I am pretty sure that that is who they are.

Explanation:

Mikhail Kalinin was a communist leader and statesman who was the formal head of the Soviet state from 1919 until 1946. He died on june third.

Nikolay Mikhailovich Shvernik  Chairman of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR (or President of the USSR) till 1946.
