Considering the composition and structure of earth discussed in chapter 1, do you think all of the possible silicate (and even mineral) structures have been identified by scientists? discuss why or why not. also, does this same reasoning apply to all possible chemical elements of earth?

Explanation: Talking about minerals, I seriously. Just take about the core of the Earth and the subyacent layers. The conditions down there are EXTREME, it´s barely impossible that minerals behave the same way as up here.

Hardness, composition, reaction to high or low temperatures. I mean, do you even imagine if there´s a rock that can resist the temperature of the sun? or a mineral whose temperature is lower than the ABSOLUTE ZERO. So not. I´m almost sure that there´s not a way of assuring that we know all the existing mineral or elements.
