Why was the indian ocean tsunami so disastrous? it hit densely populated coastal areas. it hit the east coast of africa. it hit parts of japan. it hit all of indonesia.

On 2004 it was a very disastrous as there was lots of lives lost and lots of homes and food surplus were wasted and no one could eat .People needed these facilities but they couldn’t access them because of what had happened
