mealplan 1: a low-cost mealplan. (less than $5/day)
mealplan 2: an environmentally-friendly mealplan (limited packaging and distance traveled)
mealplan 3: your typical mealplan (of things from the store rather than restaurants)
each mealplan should consider 3 meals: breakfast, lunch, and dinner. for mealplans 1 and 2, try to have items from different food groups (proteins, grains, fruits, veggies, dairy) according to the usda food plate
each mealplan should have a list of items broken down by meal for the whole day. mealplans 1& 2 should each have a statement of why you think it is low cost or environmental friendly.
