one would attain increased privileges based on race in areas where his or her race as dominated or rather is highly valued as compared to other areas. in such a situation one would be in a better position of be elected as leader, attaining job employments faster as compared to those in other races, and being influential. ethnicity becomes more apparent in event where a nation or a certain groups have there things done in common such as the use of a common language, and even dressing codes. also, ethnicity can occur when other individuals want to advance their own ethnicity by secluding themselves from the large part of the society in running their errands as individuals but being related to larger society.
