After the defeat of the Ottoman Empire, the countries that had by the Ottoman Empire, were misjudged into thinking that they were not able to form their government and have their laws and were filled with so many doubts in what they can do.

Therefore, the mandate by the League of Nations came as a means which could act as a compromise between them, where the allies divided those countries between them that formed three groups by which they could control the countries until they can become independent.
