In order to increase the amount of water available for human consumption in middle east most governments have been forced to reduce the amount is allocated to rural areas which has caused widespread farm failures and food shortages

Irrigation water is very important to support a Farm existence especially in a dry Territory like the middle east.

Reducing the amount of irrigation water will lead to Farm failures, which lead to the shortage in food supply that usually produced by that farm.
