Les crêpes

Ingrédients (6 personnes) 2 sachets de sucre vanillé
1 c à s de sucre en poudre
1 pincée de sel
1/2 litre de lait
3 œufs
250g de farine

Préparation

- Mettez la farine dans un saladier.

-Ajoutez le sel, le sucre en poudre et le sucre vanillé puis les œufs et mélangez bien.

-Versez ensuite le lait petit à petit en mélangeant constamment pour éviter les grumeaux. 

- Faites cuire les crêpes en huilant un peu votre crêpière.

-Dégustez vos crêpes avec du sucre, de la confiture ou du chocolat.
