Quand je suis malade et que j'ai de la fièvre, je reste chez moi au chaud. Je prends de l'aspirine si j'ai mal à la tête. Je reste dans l'obscurité et j'évite de regarder des écrans pour ne pas avoir mal aux yeux et calmer ma migraine.  Si j'ai mal à la gorge, je bois du thé avec du citron , ou du lait chaud avec du miel. Je bois aussi  beaucoup d'eau pour m'hydrater et je mange sainement.
