If we look at both these concepts relating to a student in school, both the processes have an important role to play in his/her life. Communication will help him/her to interact with students, teachers and to exchange information or ideas with them. But "Pro-active Communication" will help them stand ahead of the crowd reflective of their creative thoughts and activeness.
