(this second paragraph should address the action you recommend. it should have at least five complete sentences that answer these questions: how would you respond to the situation? where would your response fall on the foreign policy spectrum? how does a conflict from history support your planned response? ) this is all i have for the second paragraph. i recommended contacting the red cross to the victims of the attack on mexico. can someone me?
