Opinion: should young people be required by parents to have a budget and stick to it?
note: i don't know what to think of this!

In my opinion, yes. i guess it depends on their financial status though. you can't take more than what they give you, because there's other things that most likely need to be taken care off first that are more important, and whatever is left could be your budget. sometimes you could have more, sometimes less. it all depends really. even though i know a lot of young people would rather not have a budget. aka me lol, but i have to deal with it.
