From christy's letter, what can the reader conclude about the water for life campaign? (30 points)

Hey I'm from connections too :) You can conclude that the water for life campaign persuades the water department services to provide cleaner water. This campaign is a good opportunity for students to be educated in water quality and the entire area benefits from this campaign because they will have healthier water. 

You should probably add more to get full points but this is a good start :)
