It took place between 1787 to 1799.It should be noted that the people wanted the way that they were governed by their rulers. They wanted to redefine the nature of the political power that their rulers had.There was also social inequality. The whites that were in the country were treated better than the black people. The people also had to pay lots of taxes.

In conclusion, the French Revolution was vital as it helped in spreading French culture and ending social inequality in the country.
