Adirge is a funeral song. why did shelley choose that title for this poem? a dirge by percy bysshe shelley rough wind, that moanest loud grief too sad for song; wild wind, when sullen cloud knells all the night long; sad storm, whose tears are vain, bare woods, whose branches strain, deep caves and dreary wail, for the world's wrong! he is discouraged by the state of society. he is embracing nature and its violence. he wishes to mourn nature. he wishes to comfort nature.

The poem has got a sad tone, symbolized with a matching grief of nature, such as wild wind, sullen cloud and sad storm. The author reflects his own grief with nature's grief. Indeed, Shelly dedicated the poem to his friend, English Romantic poet John Keats and to his son after the untimely the death of the poet and his son. sorry i was debating over answering this question or not, but i do believe it is a sin to be gay. in the beginning, god created man and he created women to be a for man. there are many "political" views on this topic but i believe the bible is right. in the kjv bible, leviticus 18: 22, god talks about how it it is an abomination for women to be with women and man to be with man. god knows that everybody is a sinner, and he gives everyone a chance to repent. i'm not forcing god's word on anybody, but i do believe it is a sin. no matter the sin, as long as you repent, god is willing to forgive, you just have to accept him as your lord and savior.
