Being assertive can also be seen as a call for confrontation by most people, as they do not understand your viewpoints. Assertive communication is discouraged in official circles, for it is often informal. Assertive communication essentially has six characteristics. These characteristics bring out either the wholesomeness or the mysteriousness of a person.
