Writing also improves your reading comprehension and widen your vocabulary. Writing sharpens one’s creativity and is a way of preserving history. Writing has been with us for millions of years which have allowed us to broaden our knowledge of the world and learn from experiences and the past (memoirs, historical artifacts, writings, poems, and such).
