Write about the worst dream you ever had?

The worst dream I ever had gave me the worst feeling I’ve ever felt. There was this huge roller coaster in my house that I guess I had been working on for years, and Smart Cat (this big superhero cat from PBS that would do exercises in between shows) destroyed it with a wrench and I was forced to start it all over again. It may not seem that bad, but the feeling I had, of all of my time and effort completely gone, was terrible, almost a sense of dread and anxiety, and I get that same feeling whenever I stay up all night or something.
