Read this paragraph. Walking to her room, Maggie bowed her head and shook it side to side. Why did I have to say that? She wondered as she recalled her conversation with her sister. She stepped into her room, closed the door, and leaned on the back of the door with her chin on her chest and her fingers clenched.
