Part C After writing out your instructions, use the technology available to you to record those instructions. Have a family member, teacher, or friend listen to your instructions and perform each step. Observe your volunteer and ask yourself these questions: Was your volunteer able to achieve the desired result? Was your volunteer able to follow each step of your instructions? If not, which step(s) were unclear to your volunteer and why? After your volunteer completes the task, ask him or her these questions about the instructions: Were my instructions clear? If not, what parts of my instructions were not clear and why? What additional information do I need to provide for you to complete this task? After asking yourself and your volunteer these questions, write a reflection that describes what you did well and what you could improve about your instructions. Be sure to include details related to feedback from your volunteer as well as yourself.
