The conservative view is that if women are allowed to drive, they will lose more of their traditions and customs. It is believed that allowing women to drive is a western idealism. This country wants to keep its traditions and not imitate the thinking of the western world. Allowing women to drive would be the beginning of a new way of thinking and a huge change to how people view women.
