Many people have reasons that they find it difficult to eat more nutritiously. What aspects of your life prevent you from eating better?

Some aspects of my life that prevent me from eating more nutritiously are mental and financial struggles. Instead of making a nutritious meal I find it easier to binge on snack cakes and things that taste delicious and are quick. Snack cakes and other junk foods are cheaper than nutritious and healthy foods. Even though I would like to eat healthier, it is hard to when you can go to McDonald's and order a 7 dollar meal compared to a 30 dollar meal.
