Can you help to do this? Item 3 and 4 Last month, I was really stressed out. I was involved in too many activities. I was taking three classes, working part-time at the mall, working out at the gym, and playing on a soccer team. I was doing too much! I only had a little time to hang out with my friends. At the end of the week, I was exhausted, and I really missed my friends. I made some changes in my lifestyle. I made sure that I had a few minutes for myself each day. Every morning, I read before breakfast, and at night, I took a little time to play video games. I also made sure I was getting enough sleep. Then I started doing some of my needed activities with friends. I started working out with a few friends and studying for my classes with my best friend. I still have too much to do, but at least I’m seeing my friends more!
